As I crawl towards Day 90, (sometimes it feels like dragging), the days are blending a little into each other. We have just emerged from another public holiday - Islamic New Year - so another 3 days where Lenny didn't want to go out anywhere. On Friday he didn't even get out of his pjs, and we had a total 'at home' day, reading, watching videos and generally just lounging around.
Saturday was the British School of Kuwait Christmas fair, and I was helping Carol on her hats and pearl stall. It was interesting watching practically the entire expat community come out - there were very few Kuwaitis there that I could see. Lots of stalls selling jewellery, clothing, cakes and other usual things you see at bazaars anywhere really. Carol did well with the hats - amazingly, the only hat stall there, despite the searing heat and dust in summer. Here she is in full flight.
