Today was a wonderful day for Lenny - he finally sat the test at The English School, and he'll start there on Sunday. It seems like a very nice school and I hope he'll be happy there.
Then Michael came home from work and set up the new TV, playstation 3, and the cable guy arrived and promptly drilled a satellite on to the roof, next to the 8 air conditioning units. What a merry crew they make.
So we now have cable, including Tom and Jerry, in Arabic.
Lenny is in heaven - and we now have a room dedicated to screens - this is Michael's room, at the end of the house, and I am thrilled that the TV etc is away from the centre of the house.
sounds like you are getting settled in quiet nicely. Glad Lenny will start school soon, it will be much easier for him, once he has some friends from school. Take care and keep exploring!

Hooray for Tom and Jerry! That was the only thing Rohey could understand and enjoy when we were in India which turned him into a big fan. It speaks the universal language of ridiculous humour! Glad to hear things see to be settling down somewhat for you, although I'm sure there are many twists and turns on the road negotiating a country like Kuwait! Loooove the balcony ideas, sitting back on your luxurious daybed enjoying the city views while feasting on sheep and rice, followed by an apple/mint shisha - wonderful! Enjoying your blogs very much, keep them coming! Vicki xxx
